About

Details

Kills 25 species of ants. Dual action: Attracts ants & kills the whole mound. Lasts up to 3 months. Kills ants outside so they can’t come inside. (If you do not understand this label, find someone to explain it to you in detail.). Notice: To the extent consistent with applicable law, seller makes no warranty, expressed or implied, concerning the use of this product other than indicated on the label. To the extent consistent with applicable law, buyer assumes all risk of use and/or handling of this material when such use and/or handling is contrary to label instructions. Home perimeter treatment: 24 oz. Treats 1,080 linear ft. As a 1 ft. Band around the outside perimeter; Granules are carried directly into the mound by workers as food for the colony; When the queen is dead, the mound dies; Kills 25 species of ants; One 24 oz bottle treats the average home over 5 times. Why this product is so effective: (1) This product is highly attractive to many ant species. The granules are carried directly into the mound by workers as food for the colony. (2) Inside the mound, the bait is passed to the queen, as well as to other ants. By the end of one to four weeks, the queen and most of the ants in the mound will have eaten this product and died. (3) When the queen is dead, no new worker ants can be produced, so the mound dies. (4) Ants think that Amdro is food. They carry it into the colony and share it with ocher ants and the queen. When the queen dies, the colony dies. General information: This product is attractive to many ant species, and the delayed action of hydramethylnon allows foraging ants to bring the bait back to the nest so that the entire colony, including the queen(s), is destroyed. You should see fewer ants within a week of treatment. Some species may require additional applications to achieve maximum control. www.amdro.com. In case of an emergency involving this product, call 1-800-265-0761. Storage & disposal: Prohibitions: Do not contaminate water, food or feed by storage or disposal. Open dumping is prohibited. Pesticide disposal: wastes resulting from the use of this product may be disposed of on site or at an approved waste disposal facility. Container disposal: Nonrefillable container. Do not reuse or refill this container. Completely empty container into application equipment. Then dispose of empty container in a sanitary landfill or by incineration, or, if allowed by state and local authorities, by burning, or offer for recycling if available. If burned, stay out of smoke. General: Consult federal, state, or local disposal authorities for approved alternative procedures. Made in USA.
