Crust: Certified Organic and Kosher Unbleached Vita-Grain Flour with Wheat Germ and Bran Middlings, Well Water, Kosher Sea Salt, Fresh Yeast. Toppings: California Mozzarella Cheese (Pasteurized Whole Milk, Non-Animal Rennet, Salt), Grana Cheese {Part-Skim Milk, Sea Salt, Vegetable Rennet, Lysozyme}, Three Sisters Serena Cheese {Raw Whole Milk, Non-Animal Rennet, Sea Salt}, Garlic Oil {Grapeseed Oil, Los Alamos Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Certified Organic Garlic}, Fresh Organic Whole-Leaf Parsley, Certified Organic Marjoram, Certified Organic Oregano, Kosher Sea Salt.
Directions
Keep frozen. Serving Directions: Conventional Ovens: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Remove pizza from freezer, remove from bag, & thaw for 15 minutes. Place pizza on oven rack or preferably on a preheated pizza stone. Bake 4-8 minutes or until done. Our pizzas are baked in a wood-fired oven at 800 degrees F. They just need to be reheated in the oven. The crust should be lightly crisped & the cheese hot. Heating for too long will cause pizza to become dry. Remove pizza from oven, slice, and enjoy! Barbequing: Remove pizza from freezer, remove from bag, & thaw for 15 minutes. Choose a spot on grill not over glowing coals or flaming logs. A pizza stone laid on grill works great. Carefully placed pizza on grill & cover grill or loosely cover pizza {an inverted long-handled sautee pan works great for this}. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until done. Remove from grill, slice, and enjoy! To Add Additional Toppings: Flatbread Pizza is complete & fully baked. Keep this in mind if you decide to add toppings. Meats & vegetables may need to be pre-cooked prior to adding to yield consistent cooking time. Prepare additions, add to thawed pizza, & prepare as above. Not recommended for microwave heating although we have had customers tell us this is how they prepare their Flatbread Pizzas. Heating in the microwave will not yield crisp crust.
