Step Two: layer one-third each of tortillas, chicken mixture and cheese evenly in dish. Repeat layers twice more. Bake uncovered 35-45 minutes or until bubbly and hot. Let rest 5 minutes prior to serving. Optional garnishes, drizzled sour crema, chopped cilantro, diced tomato & onion. Refrigerate after opening.
