Classic caesar salad and dressing - serves 4-6, ingredients - 3 cups tops caesar croutons, 3 cloves garlic, peeled, 3/4 cup mayonnaise, 5 anchovy fillets, minced, 6 tbsp grated parmesan cheese, divided, 1 tsp worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp dijon mustard, 1 tbsp lemon juice, or more to taste salt and ground black pepper to taste, 1 head romaine lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces, directions - mince garlic cloves and combine in small bowl with mayonnaise, anchovies, 2 tbsp of parmesan cheese, worcestershire sauce, mustard, and lemon juice. Season with salt and black pepper. Refrigerate. Place lettuce in large bowl. Just before serving, toss with dressing, remaining parmesan cheese, and croutons.
