For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaced (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
Uncooked: For safety must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by use of thermometer. Cooking Instruction: Do not cook this item in microwave or toasted oven. Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Place frozen chicken pieces in a single layer on ungreased baking sheet. 3. Bake, uncovered, for 25 to 30 minutes. 4. Continue cooking until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F, as measured by a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest portion of the product. Deep Fry: 1. Heat oil to 350 degrees F. 2. Submerge the product completely in the hot oil taking care not to overload the fryer. 3. Fry chicken chunks 8 to 10 minutes. 4. Continue cooking until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F, as measured by a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest portion of the product. Due to variations in equipment, cooking times and/or temperature may require adjustment.
