proper handling: perishable. because sealoch smoked atlantic salmon has no artificial preservtives, it needs to be kept refrigerated at 38Ëšf (3Ëš c) or below when not being served. your sealoch smoked atlantic salmon is best stored for up to 21 days in your refrigerator or until the "best before date", whichever is sooner. once opened, the sealoch smoked salmon should be kept well wrapped in the refrigerator and used within 4 days.
potentially hazardous foods (phf): this product needs to be kept refrigerated or it may grow bacteria and microorganisms that cause damage to the consumer's health.
astaxanthin: the carotenoids (nutrients in the same family as vitamin a) used in the feed of farm-raised salmon are identical to the natural carotenoids consumed by salmon and trout in the wild.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
