Directions
Cooking Instructions: Do not thaw. Remove fish from plastic wrap. Cook from frozen state. Oven: 1. Pre-heat oven to 425 degree F (220 degree C). 2. Place frozen fillets on baking sheet. 3. Cook for 20-22 minutes, or until fish flakes easily. Convention Oven: 1. Pre-heat to 315 degree F (190 degree C). 2. Place frozen fillet on baking sheet. 3. Cook for 18 minutes, or until fish flakes easily. Not recommended for preparation in the microwave oven.
