Directions
Thawing Instructions: Defrost in bag overnight in refrigerator or place frozen shrimp in a colander and rinse under cold running water for approximately 5-7 minutes ensuring complete removal of glaze. While rinsing, lightly toss the shrimp to ensure even thawing. For food safety, shrimp should not be kept at room temperature for more than 2 hours. For best results, consume within 24 hours if stored under refrigeration. Do not freeze. Cooking Instructions: Shrimp needs to be fully cooked. Cooking times may vary depending on the size of the shrimp and equipment variations. Cooked shrimp should be light pink and opaque. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Shrimp once cooked should be consumed and avoided from being re-cooked.
Keep frozen. Do not refreeze.
