Preparation Instructions: Microwave: Place unopened, frozen bag this side up on microwavable dish. microwave on high 5 to 10 minutes until desired tenderness. Rotate dish halfway through the cooking time. Bag may inflate or pop while cooking. Let stand 1 minute after cooking. Bag will be hot, open carefully to avoid steam. Drain and season to taste. Stovetop: Place 1 cup frozen squash into 1/3 cup of boiling water. Bring to a second boil, reduce heat, covet, and cook gently for 3 to 4 minutes or until tender. Do not overcook. Drain and season to taste.
Keep frozen. Refrigerate any leftovers.

- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
