Cooking Directions: For Food Safety: Keep frozen. Cook one bowl at a time. Microwave Oven (Cooking directions were developed using 1100W microwave. Microwave ovens vary. Times given are approximate. For lower wattage microwave, cook for additional 45 seconds before stir and additional 30 seconds after stir) (1100W): 1. Remove bowl from box. Cut 1-inch slit in film to vent. 2. Cook 3:00 minutes on high (Must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F in several spots). 3. Stir & replace film. 4. Cook again 1:00 minute on high (Must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F in several spots). Caution: Food and packaging will be hot! Let cool in microwave and stir before serving. Conventional Oven: 1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Remove bowl from box. Cut 1-inch slit in film to vent. 3. Place bowl on baking pan. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes. (Must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F in several spots). Remove film and stir halfway through cooking. Caution: Food and packaging will be hot!
Keep frozen.
