Wrapping Instructions: Ultra Wrap can be used to wrap the wrist, hand, ankle, elbow, foot, arm, leg and forearm. Apply Ultra Wrap to clean, dry skin. Remove the detachable Velcro tab and begin wrapping foam (white) side to the skin. Tension should be snug but not too tight. If wrap feels uncomfortable, remove and re-wrap. While wrapping, overlap each layer one quarter to one third width, smoothing with each turn. Secure with tab to finish. When removing, begin forming a roll so that Ultra Wrap can be stored neatly and easily. You may trim the width or length (of wrap and tab) with scissors for a custom fit. Ankle and Foot: Starting at the ball of the foot and moving towards ankle, make 1-2 complete turns with wrap. Begin wrapping in a figure eight pattern, overlapping each layer until ankle and foot are protected. Adhere Ultra Wrap above ankle with tab. Wrist: Make one complete turn around wrist, then begin making 1-2 overlapping figure eight turns diagonally across back of hand, between thumb and index finger, across palm and back around wrist. When wrist and hand are covered, begin circular turns up wrist towards forearm. Adhere Ultra Wrap above wrist with tab. Knee: Option 1-bend knee and make one complete turn around upper calf just below knee. Make figure eight by bringing wrap diagonally behind knee, around leg, just above knee, returning to upper calf. Begin wrapping in spiral upward over knee and adhere Ultra Wrap with tab. Option 2-bend knee and make one complete turn around upper claf just below knee. Continue with spiral turns over the knee upward towards lower thigh and adhere Ultra Wrap with tab. Wash/Care Instructions: Remove Velcro tab before washing. Rinse product in warm water after use. Gently squeeze out excess water. Lay flat on a rack or hand, foam side up, to air dry. It is not necessary to wash Ultra Wrap with detergent after each use. When soiled, hand wash with a mild fragrance-free, chlorine-free detergent. Rinse thoroughly after washing and follow air drying instructions.
Warnings
Do not machine wash or dry as this may damage your product. Discontinue use if skin irritation is observed. Apply only to intact skin. Re-apply at least every 24 hours.

Instacart pickup cost:
- There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

You can set item and delivery instructions in advance, as well as chat directly with your shopper while they shop and deliver your items. You can tell the shopper to:
- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
