Cane Sugar, Coconut Milk Powder, Cornstarch, Maltodextrin, Sodium Caseinate, Vanilla Powder (Dextrose, Vanilla Bean Extractives, Silicon Dioxide, Glycerin), Baking Powder, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Salt.
Directions
Refrigerate after use. Ingredient List: 1. Bread Pudding Powder Dry Mix (8 oz. bag), 2. 9-10 slices of day old bread or fresh bread (yield 9 cups of cubed bread), 3. 2 cup water, 4. 4 large eggs (beaten), 5. 3 Tablespoons salted butter (melted). Directions: 1. Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Grease 8 X 8 inch baking pan. (Vegetable oil spray okay). 3. Cut 9-10 slices of day old bread into approximately 1 inch cubes. Should yield approximately 9 cups of cut (cubed) bread. Place bread cubes into 8 X 8 greased pan. *Option: Add 1/2 cup of raisins to cubed bread (gently toss raisins w/ cubed bread in a large bowl until evenly combined) before placing bread into 8X8 pan. Bread Pudding Sauce Preparation: 1. In a small bowl, melt 3 tablespoons of salted butter, cool (set aside). 2. In another bowl, beat 4 large eggs (set aside). 3. Next, add 2 cups of water into a large mixing bowl. 4. Whisk bread pudding mix (entire contents of bag) with water. 5. Next, add beaten eggs and melted butter to bread pudding sauce. Whisk sauce until mixture is smooth. Directions Continued: 1. Pour bread pudding sauce over cut (cubed) bread in 8 x 8 pan. Be sure to soak bread thoroughly with sauce. 2. Cover 8x8 pan w/ foil and bake for 40 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes until golden brown. 3. Cool on cooling rack (approx. 1 hour), cut into squares, and serve. Enjoy! - Refrigerate after use. Option: Top baked bread pudding with Hawaii's Best Hawaiian Coconut Syrup (Hawaii's Best Coconut Cream Syrup).
