Must be cooked. Cooking Instructions (Cooking times and temperatures may vary substantially. Internal temperature should be at least 165 degrees F. We strive to produce a fully boneless product. As with all fish, however, occasional bones may still be present): Keep frozen until ready to cook. Thawing is not recommended – cook from frozen. For best results, add your favorite seasoning or sauce prior to baking in over or after flipping when pan frying or grilling. Pan-Fry: Preheat a non-stick pan to medium-high and add oil to cover the bottom of the pan. Fry for about 5 minutes on each side. Grill or Barbecue: Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375 degrees F). Spray fillets with oil for the best results. Place the frozen fillets on grill, cook for about 5 minutes on each side. Indoor Grill: Preheat grill to high temperature (400 degrees F) and spray with oil. Place fillets on the grill and cook for about 5 minutes. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place portions on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake portions for 13 to 16 minutes or until cooked. Microwave cooking is not recommended.
