Shake bag to evenly distribute ingredients before each use.
1 Serving Overnight Oats: 1. Measure 1/3 cup Rachel's overnight oats. 2. Add 2/3 cup almond milk or dairy alternative (Water is not recommended for cold preparation). 3. Cover, shake then soak for 15 minutes up to overnight in the refrigerator. Enjoy chilled in the morning with your favorite fruits and toppings. Sweeten to your liking. 1 serving quick cook oats. Microwave: Measure 1/3 cup Rachel's oats and 2/3 cup milk or dairy alternative into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat on high for 1-2 minutes (Microwave instructions tested in 1200-watt oven. Microwave ovens may vary so adjust the heating times accordingly. Use caution as dish may become hot) or until thickened. Stir halfway through heating. Stovetop: Measure 1/3 cup Rachel's overnight oats and 2/3 cup milk or dairy alternative into a small saucepan. Heat on the stovetop over medium heat for 3-4 minutes stirring occasionally until thickened.
Keep refrigerated. Keep sealed and stored under refrigeration out of direct light.

With an optional Instacart+ membership, you can get $0 delivery fee on every order over $35 and lower service fees too.
Instacart pickup cost:
- There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
