Minced Alaska Pollock, Enriched Bleached Wheat Flour (flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Vegetable Oil (cottonseed, Soybean And/or Canola), Water, Yellow Corn Flour, Less Than 2% Of: Sugar, Dextrose, Salt, Whey, Baking Powder (baking Soda, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate), Yeast, Onion Powder, Natural Flavor, Sodium Tripolyphosphate (to Retain Fish Moisture), Tbhq (to Protect Flavor).

Directions

Keep frozen until ready to cook. For food safety and quality, follow cooking directions below.

Conventional Oven: 1. Move oven rack to middle of oven. 2. Heat oven to 425F. 3. Arrange uncooked fish sticks in a shallow metal baking pan, leaving space between sticks. 4.
