Instructions for use:
1. Make sure that meat and poultry are thoroughly thawed before inserting the thermometer.
2. Preheat oven thoroughly.
3. Insert the probe into the thickest part of the meat or poultry. The probe should not come in contact with bone or gristle.
4. Place the meat or poultry in the oven. Except for the probe and the cable, the unit must remain outside the oven.
5. Follow the instructions included for setting up the readings.
Cleaning and care:
Always allow the thermometer to cool to room temperature before cleaning and storing it.
Wipe the probe and the cable clean with a damp cloth. Clean the stainless steel probe with soap and water.
Warnings
Caution:
Do not expose the probe and the cable to temperatures above 392 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Do not use the thermometer in a microwave oven.
Only the probe and the cable can go inside the oven.
Thermometer probe may become hot while in the oven. Exercise caution when removing the probe from meat or poultry.
Use only heat-resistant oven mitts or pot holders when touching the hot probe.

Instacart pickup cost:
- There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

You can set item and delivery instructions in advance, as well as chat directly with your shopper while they shop and deliver your items. You can tell the shopper to:
- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
