In 1909, Kazimierz Monkiewicz and his wife Helena emigrated from Poland to Chelsea, MA in pursuit of the American dream. In a small storefront they started making kielbasa by hand and soon began delivering it to surrounding neighborhoods by horse drawn carriage. Kazimierz’ likeness and initials, “KM,” still live on in our logo and company name, and his values live on in our dedication to providing delicious, high quality meats.

Beef and Pork, Water, Corn Syrup, Contains 2% or Less of Salt, Potassium Lactate, Flavorings (Including Extractives of Paprika), Dextrose, Sodium Diacetate, Ascrobic Acid (Vitamin C), Sodium Nitrite, in a Natural Lamb Casing.
Directions
Our frankfurters are fully cooked. Just heat to 160 degrees F and enjoy! Grilling/Pan Fry: Cook 6-8 minutes over medium heat. Turn frequently to brown evenly. Microwave: Wrap frank in paper towel and microwave for 25-30 seconds (oven vary). Add 10 seconds for each additional frank. Stove Top: Bring water to a boil. Add frankfurter and reduce to a simmer. Heat 6-8 minutes. For Kids: Cut frankfurter lengthwise, then slice into small pieces before serving.
Keep refrigerated.
For best quality, purchase and use by date on package. After opening package, serve within 7 days. These frankfurters may be frozen up to 3 months if not consumed by date on package.
