Pork, Water, Sea Salt, Raw Sugar, Vinegar, Celery Powder. Coated with: Sugar, Sea Salt, Rice Starch, Spice, Citric Acid, Rice Bran Oil, Natural Flavors.
Directions
Keep refrigerated below 40°F at all times.
Cooking Instructions:
Fry: Pre-heat skillet to medium high. Fry slices while turning them every minute to ensure uniform browning. When the bacon is half way done turn heat to medium. Drain on papertowels.
Bake: Place separated strips on rack in shallow pan.
Bake about 15 minutes at 400°F. No turning necessary.
Microwave: Place strips in shallow glass contain or paper plate. Cover with paper towel. Cook on high power.
2 Strips: 1-1/2 min., 4 Strips: 2-1/2 min.
