Water, Dried Chickpeas, Wheat Flour, Corn Oil, Salt, Spices, Onion Powder, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Garlic Powder Chipotle Chili Pepper.
Directions
Bake: Oven (Recommended Method)
1. Heat oven to 400 Degrees F.
2. Place frozen Falafel Bites in single layer on baking sheet.
3. Bake for 11 min.
4. Let cooked falafel bites cool for 1 min. before serving. Microwave: Microwave
1. Place 4 frozen Falafel Bites 1" apart on a paper towel covered microwavable plate.
2. Microwave on High. See chart below for times.
1100 watt cook for 1 min. 10 sec.
700 watt cook for 1 min. 40 sec.
3. Let cooked falafel bites cook for 1 min. before serving.
