Directions
Thawing Instructions: Thaw in refrigerator for 10 to 12 hours before cooking. Cooking Instructions Bake: Split tails in half lengthwise, season to taste and baste. Wrap in foil and bake at 350 degrees F in a preheated conventional oven for 8-10 minutes or until internal reaches 145 degrees F. Remove from foil and broil for 1 minute. In a small sauce pan melt the provided butter and use for basting or dipping. Broil: Split upper shell lengthwise. Lift tail through the split to rest on the shell. Lay tail on broiler pan with the meat exposed. Season and baste to taste. Preheat broiler and broil 2-4 inches from burner for 2-4 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F. In a small sauce pan melt the provided butter and use for basting or dipping. Boil: Place tails in boiling water. When water returns to a boil, cook 4-5 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F. Split shell lengthwise and serve. In a small sauce pan melt the provided butter and use for dipping. Keep frozen. Remove from film before thawing. Keep frozen - do not refreeze.

You can set item and delivery instructions in advance, as well as chat directly with your shopper while they shop and deliver your items. You can tell the shopper to:
- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
