Instructions For Pellet Grills & Smokers: 1. Cooks wood pellets in the hopper and fill to the top; 2. Start the grill or smoker per instructions and bring to temperature; 3. Place food on grill and cook to until desired doneness; 4. Fan will circulate the rich, flavored smoke infusing food with an authentic taste. Instructions For Traditional Grills & Smokers: 1. Light to turn on grill to bring up temperature; 2. Place about 1/3 cup of pellets in non flammable metal container such as a pellet tube smoke box or place inside a heavy aluminum pouch and place onto the grill grate above the heat source/flames.
