Taco pizza - ingredients: 2 our family thin pizza crusts, 1 lb lean ground beef, 1 packet our family taco seasoning, 1 1/2 cups our family salsa, 1 can our family green chilies, drained, 2 cups our family mexican blend shredded cheese, 1 cup our family cheddar cheese, 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce, 1/2 cup our family sour cream, directions: preheat oven to 450°f. Cook ground beef and taco seasoning according to packet directions, drain and set aside. Divide the salsa between the two pizza crusts. Top each pizza with 1/2 can green chilies, 1 cup mexican blend shredded cheese, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese and half of the ground beef mixture. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and crust is golden brown. Remove from oven and top each pizza with 1/2 cup shredded lettuce and serve with sour cream on the side. Makes 2 pizzas
