krazy cupcakes - the blend of cocoa and peanut butter make these tasty treats irresistible for kids and adults alike. 2 cups our family pb cocoa planets cereal, coarsely crushed to 1 cup, 1 1/2 cups our family pb cocoa planets cereal, not crushed, 1 box yellow cake mix (prepare as directed on box), 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 container (16 oz) milk chocolate flavored frosting, prepared, ready to spread, 1/2 cup peanut butter chocolate ice cream sprinkles, optional, preheat oven to 350°f. Line 24 medium muffin cups with paper baking cups. Prepare cake mix according to directions on box. Add vanilla extract; Blend mixture at low speed with electric mixer until incorporated. Beat at medium speed another 2 minutes; Fold crushed cereal into the cake batter mixture until blended. Pour cake batter into baking cups. Bake 18 to 21 minutes. Cupcakes are done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely on wire rack. Decorate with chocolate frosting and sprinkle top of cupcakes with cereal pieces and optional sprinkles, if desired. Makes 24 cupcakes.
