Directions: For an 8 oz. cup, bring to boil 4 oz. fresh water, add one rounded scoop (1/4 teaspoon) Blue Lotus Chai blend (increase for more spiciness as desired), stir, add 4 oz. of the milk of your choice and heat. That's all - you're done! Traditionally, sweetener is always used in Masala Chai to enhance and harmonize the lively flavors of the spices. Choose Whatever suits you: sugar, agave syrup, honey, etc., or no sweetener at all. We suggest 1 tsp. sweetener as a good jumping off point. Have it your way!
