Noodles [Water, Wheat Flour, Canola Oil, Salt, Acidity Regulators [Lactic Acid, Sodium Phosphate)], Chow Mein Sauce [Water, Sugar, Seasoning Sauce [Soybean, Water, Salt, Sugar], Rice Wine, Garlic, Tomato Paste, Ginger, Oyster Sauce (Water, Oyster Extract, Salt, Sugar, Soy Sauce (Soybean, Salt, Wheat), Cornstarch, Caramel Color), Salt, Onion, Cornstarch, Distilled Vinegar, Caramel Color, Sesame Oil, Spices, Paprika], Spice Pack [Dried Spring Onion, Dried Chili).

Directions

In the pack: Chow Mein Sauce; Spice pack: Dried chopped spring onions, Dried cut chili; Ready to use Chow Mein Noodles. You will need: 1/2 lb Sliced chicken; 1 Onion, sliced; 1 Carrot, sliced; 1 Cup snow peas; 1 Cup red bell pepper. Cooking Instructions: (1) Prep: Rinse noodles thoroughly in warm water, drain and set aside. Slice your choice of meat and vegetables and set aside. (2) Sear: Add meat to a hot and well-oiled wok or frypan, and fry until seared on all sides. Add sliced onion and the Spice Pack, and fry for 1 minute. (3) Toss: Add prepared noodles with remaining vegetables and toss through. Add Chow Mein Sauce and stir until noodles are well coated. Cook for 3-5 minutes until sauce is well heated and meat is fully cooked. Serve immediately.
