Use as directed by a doctor. Preparation and Use: Your baby's health depends on carefully following these directions. Failure to follow these directions could result in severe harm. Ask your baby's doctor if you need to use cooled, boiled water for mixing and need to boil (sterilize) bottles, nipples and rings before use. 1. Shake very well before each use. Remove protective seal around bottle cap; twist off and clean cap. 2. Invert cap and place on foil seal. Press down to pierce foil, then turn cap a half turn. 3. Pour equal amounts of formula and water into bottle or cup. 4. Attach nipple or lid; swirl gently to mix. Once feeding begins, use within 1 hour or discard. Prepare and feed all formula from this container within 4 days after opening. Storage: Once opened, store quart bottle in refrigerator. Once prepared, store bottles in refrigerator and feed to baby within 48 hours. Store unopened containers at room temperature; avoid extreme temperatures. Do not reuse container.

With an optional Instacart+ membership, you can get $0 delivery fee on every order over $35 and lower service fees too.
Instacart pickup cost:
- There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

You can set item and delivery instructions in advance, as well as chat directly with your shopper while they shop and deliver your items. You can tell the shopper to:
- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
