Ingredients: Dried Onion, Maltodextrin, Dried Garlic, Modified Corn Starch, Salt, Spices, Dried Green Bell Pepper, Dried Jalapeno Pepper, Silicon Dioxide, Sunflower Oil.

Reconstitute: What You'll Need
• 3 lbs. boneless pork butt or shoulder, trimmed and cut into 3 pieces.
• 1 pkg. Crock-Pot Pork Carnitas Seasoning Mix.
• ½ cup water.
1 Place pork in slow cooker.
2 Mix Seasoning Mix and water until blended and pour over pork.
3 Cover & Cook 8 hrs. on LOW or 4 hrs. on HIGH.
4 Remove pork from slow cooker. Shred pork, using two forks.
5 Return pork to slow cooker. Mix with sauce and heat before serving. Serve in tortillas or with rice.
Do not remove cover during cooking.
