Farmed Raised Salmon, Oil Blend (Canola Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil), Water, Seasoning (Salt, Dehydrated Onion, Dehydrated Tomato, Maltodextrin, Dehydrated Garlic, Dehydrated Green Bell Pepper, Spices, Dehydrated Red Bell Pepper), Color Added.
Directions
1. Preheat to 400 degrees F. 2. Remove from plastic wrap. 3. Bake uncovered in baking pan. Bake: Place in oven and bake according to times listed below. Defrosted: 15-20 minutes turning once until pop-up timer pops up. Frozen: 25-28 minutes turning once until pop-up timer pops up. Grill: 1. Preheat grill to medium heat. 2. Remove salmon from plastic wrap. 3. Place salmon on cooking grid. 4. Cook according to times below. Defrosted: 8-12 minutes turning once until pop-up timer pops up. Frozen: 12-16 minutes turning once until pop-up timer pops up. Stove: 1. Preheat non-stick skillet to medium low heat. 2. Remove salmon from plastic. 3. Place salmon in skillet. 4. Cook according to times below. Defrosted: 1215 minutes turning once until pop-up timer pops up. Frozen: 15-18 minutes turning once until pop-up timer pops up. Cook until internal temperature of 145 degrees F as measured by use of thermometer. Cooking times vary due to variability of appliances and grills. Preparation & Pop-Up Timer Instructions: Defrosting: Thaw salmon in the refrigerator overnight. For quick thawing place salmon (in plastic wrap) in cool water for 20-30 minutes.
