Our curry mustard combines earthy notes of cumin and paprika, tangy tamarind and sweet brown sugar. We brine whole brown and yellow mustard seeds overnight and then grind them just enough to be easily spreadable but with some texture. Each jar is flavored with our very own curry powder made from 7 spices!

The story of Brooklyn Delhi begins in Brooklyn where for the last 10 years, chef and cookbook author Chitra Agrawal has been creating recipes inspired by her family’s recipes from India. In 2014, she launched Brooklyn Delhi with her husband Ben Garthus, a food packaging designer to share those recipes with a wider audience. Since then, Brooklyn Delhi has won acclaim from food critics at the New York Times, Food & Wine, Saveur and more with products that Chitra & Ben still develop here in their home kitchen using simple, clean ingredients.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
