Tilapia, Broccolli, Cauliflower, Carrots, Garlic & Herb Marinade (canola Oil, Dried Garlic, Palm Fat, Salt, Dextrose, Dried Bell Pepper, Garlic Extract, Dried Parsley, Dried Chive, Yeast Extract, Beta Carotene, Natural Colouring: Curcumin, Onion Extract, Mustard Extract).
Directions
1. Easy to cook. 2. Pop in the microwave. 3. Peel off film and serve. Microwave in pack. Keep frozen. Storage Instructions: Keep frozen. Cook directly from frozen. If defrosted do not refreeze & use within 24 hours. Cooking Instructions - For best results cook from frozen: Note: If cooking defrosted product please reduce cooking times by half. Remove package from cardboard sleeve. Place in microwave without piercing or opening pack (product self ventilates). Microwave on high for 5-6 minutes. Remove and allow stand for 1 minute. Peel at easy peel tab. Caution: Although care has been taken to remove all bones some may remain. Contents and escaping steam will be hot. Fish comes in all shapes & sizes.
