Directions
Cooking Instructions: Preferred Method Microwave 1100 watts: Add water first. Don't have a measuring cup? Simply fill the bowl a little more than halfway. Remove tray from carton, peel back film slightly, and add 1/2 cup (4 oz) of water. Cook on high for 3 minutes. Let stand 1-2 minutes, remove film, stir and serve. Microwaves vary, always cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Stove Top: Remove tray from carton, remove film. Boil 1/2 cup (4 oz) of water in a small saucepan. Reduce heat, add food from tray, cover and simmer for 3 minutes. Remove from heat, transfer to a serving dish, stir and serve. Caution: Product will be hot! Do not thaw. Do not use an oven. Cook thoroughly. Keep frozen.
