Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Just add water and cook thoroughly. Cooking Directions: Keep bag frozen until ready to use. Open bag and place frozen contents in a soup kettle, stock pot, or double boiler. Add 2 quarts hot urn or tap water and cook to 170-180 degrees F (77-82 degrees C) (check the temperature with a thermometer), stir occasionally. Reduce heat, cover and hold at 150-160 degrees F (66-71 degrees C) for 30 minutes. Just add water and cook thoroughly. Keep frozen. Do not thaw or slack-out. Store at or below 0 degrees F (-18 degrees C).
