Chicken Breast Meat with Rib Meat, Water, Salt, Potassium and Sodium Phosphates, Brown Sugar, Dextrose, Carrageenan, Yeast Extract, Maltodextrin, Natural Flavor. Seasoning: Dextrose, Modified Food Starch, Onion, Maltodextrin, Natural Flavor, Garlic, Cottonseed Oil, Dried Carrot, Xanthan Gum, Dried Parsley, Calcium Chloride, Potassium Chloride, Carrageenan.
Directions
Keep refrigerated. 1. Open: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (375 degrees F for glass baking dish). Cut open outer bag and remove Oven Ready Boneless Chicken Roast, sealed in cooking bag. Place in a shallow roasting pan or baking dish, seasoned side up. 2. Slit: Cut a 1 inch slit in cooking bag over the roast to vent during cooking. Note: Cooking bag will expand during cooking: allow enough room for the bag to expand without touching oven rack or walls. 3. Cook: From Fresh: Place pan or baking dish with Boneless Chicken Roast (still in cooking bag) on lower shelf of oven and roast for approximately 45 to 55 minutes until all meat thermometer registers an internal temperature of 170 degrees F in the roast (If temperature is below 170 degrees F, return to oven and continue cooking, checking the temperature every 10 minutes until the temperature reaches 170 degrees F). From Frozen: Place pan or baking dish with Boneless Chicken Roast (still in cooking bag) on lower shelf of oven and roast for approximately 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours until a meat thermometer registers an internal temperature of 170 in the roast (If temperature is below 170 degrees F, return to oven and continue cooking, checking the temperature every 10 minutes until the temperature reaches 170 degrees F). 4. Serve: Remove from oven an let stand for 10 minutes. Cut open cooking bag (use care to avoid hot steam and juices) and transfer Boneless Chicken Roast to serving plate or cutting board. Remove string from roast before carving. Remaining juices in bag can be used for a delicious seasoned gravy. Safe Handling: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. - Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
