Tear open at notch. Do not microwave sauce in pouch. Refrigerate unused portion.Prep time: 15 minutes.

Skillet chicken cordon bleu:
You need:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts.
1 pouch Progresso® Recipe Starters® creamy roasted garlic cooking sauce.
1 cup finely shredded Swiss cheese.
4 very thin slices deli ham.
Hot, cooked pasta or rice.
Directions:
Brown chicken with 1 tbsp butter, salt and pepper in nonstick skillet; cook 8 minutes.
Stir in cooking sauce. Heat to boiling; reduce heat to low. Cook and stir 5 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked (165 degrees F). Stir in 1/2 cup cheese until melted.
Top each piece of chicken with ham slice and remaining cheese.
Serve with hot cooked pasta or rice. Add sliced Swiss cheese if desired.
