Our cake mix - indulge in the richness of our gluten free devil's food cake mix. It's moist, delicious and gluten free, so you can have your cake and eat it too!
baking instructions - you will need: 2 large eggs, 1/3 cup oil (any type), 3/4 cup milk (any type), 3/4 cup hot or boiling water. Heat oven to 350° f. Grease the bottom and sides of two 8" or 9" round cake pans. Beat cake mix, milk, oil and eggs in a large bowl with an electric mixer, until thoroughly combined. Gently mix in boiling water, until smooth. Batter will be thin. Pour into pans. Bake 20 to 30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan, then cool completely on wire rack before frosting. Yield: makes 2 round cake layers. Alternate pan size preparation: 20 cupcakes pan: 16 to 20 minutes at 350° f. 60 mini cupcakes pan: 10 to 12 minutes at 350° f. 9"x13" pan: 25 to 35 minutes at 350° f.
