Farm Raised Mussels, Sunflower Oil, Butter, Palm Oil, White Wine, Cream, Onion, Paprika, Parsley, Garlic, Tocopherols (Vitamin E).
Directions
Preferred Heating Instructions: (This product has already been cooked). Remove frozen mussels and liquid from inner pouch and place into saucepan. Heat until mussels open. Stove Top: Place unopened bag into boiling water, 7 minutes or until mussels are hot. Microwave: Puncture top of bag before placing in microwave. Set on High Power and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the mussels are hot. Cooking time may vary depending on the model of microwave. This product is fully cooked. Some mussels may not open but they are still safe to eat. Keep unopened shells in their original juice and heat an additional 1-3 minutes. If they still do not open. You can pry them open using one of the other shells.
Keep frozen. Once thawed, do not refreeze and keep refrigerated.

Instacart pickup cost:
- There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

You can set item and delivery instructions in advance, as well as chat directly with your shopper while they shop and deliver your items. You can tell the shopper to:
- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
