Tangy party meatballs - serves about 48 (1 meatball each) - all you need - 2 bags (12 oz each) frozen hy-vee beef meatballs, 3/4 cup hy-vee ketchup, 2 tbsp hy-vee yellow mustard, 1/4 cup hy-vee white vinegar, 1/3 cup packed hy-vee brown sugar. All you do - 1. Place meatballs in a greased slow cooker. 2. In a medium bowl, stir ketchup, mustard, vinegar and brown sugar until combined. 3. Pour over meatballs and stir to coat. Cook on low for at least 3 hours or on high for 2 hours or until internal temperature of meatballs reaches 165°f. Nutrition facts per serving: 60 calories, 3.5g fat, 1.5g saturated fat, 0g trans fat, 5mg cholesterol, 125mg sodium, 4g carbohydrates, 0g fiber, 2g sugar, 3g protein. heating instructions - conventional oven - oven temperatures may vary up to 75°f, therefore, cooking times may vary slightly. Preheat oven to 350°f.
