General Cooking Instructions (For best results when breading or marinating individually frozen chicken, remove the protective ice glaze by holding chicken under lukewarm running water for about 1 minute): Conventional Oven (Preferred Method): 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Bake frozen breasts 46 to 50 minutes or until internal temperature or instant read thermometer reaches 170 degrees F. (Bake thawed breasts 39 to 44 minutes). 1. Preheat grill to medium heat. 2. Grill frozen breasts, turning occasionally, until internal temperature on instant read thermometer reaches 170 degrees F. Appliances vary. Cooking times approximate. Adjust accordingly to ensure internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F.
