Our Culinary Reserve Premium Colossal crab meat is 100% hand-picked, consisting of broken pieces of jumbo flakes and smaller flake meat from the body of the crab.

Colossal crab meat is best used in upscale cocktail presentations where the impressive size and supremely sweet flavor of the meat can really shine.

Our customers prefer Culinary Reserve crab meat for its sweet, clean, buttery flavor and delicate, flaky texture.

Live crabs are wild caught and steamed immediately, then their meat is hand-picked (enhancing product quality & consistency) and chilled.

Pasteurized under the strictest quality control standards.

Certified Heart Healthy by the American Heart Association.

100% Blue Swimming Crab Meat (Portunus pelagicus), Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate (to retain color)

Perishable. Please keep refrigerated until you are ready to eat.

Our crab meat has a refrigerated shelf life of 12 months. Each can also has a Sell By date on the bottom of it, which can also be used as a "Use By/Eat By" date.

We do not recommend freezing the cans of crab meat, if you can avoid it. Once frozen and then thawed, the crab meat will taste a bit different than ideal (slightly inferior flavor and texture). However, if you NEED to freeze the crab meat, you certainly can, as long as you are aware of the impact on quality.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
