Directions
Oven Guidelines: Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees f. Pre-heat the oven & remove all packaging. Cook: place the beer battered cod fillets on a wire rack over a deep baking tray in the middle of the oven, & cook for 25 mins. Caution: Care should be taken when removing the tray from the oven as it may contain hot oil. Dry Fry Guidelines: Pre-heat to 350 degrees f remove all packaging & place the beer battered cod filets into the basket. Cook: separate the beer battered cod fillets to prevent sticking & fry for 6 mins.
Keep frozen.
For best results use conventional oven. Not suitable for microwave cooking due to difference in appliances, cooking times may vary and require adjustment.
