Waffle Bun: Water, Egg, Brown Rice Flour, Whole Oat Flour, Canola Oil, Buckwheat Flour, Potato Starch, Apples, Whey Protein Isolate, Butternut Squash, Greek Yogurt Powder (nonfat Milk Solids, Culture, Lactic Acid, Natural Flavor), Tapioca Flour, Baking Powder (sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Corn Starch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Natural Flavors, Sodium Bicarbonate, Xanthan Gum, Sea Salt, Stevia. Egg Patty: Whole Eggs, Nonfat Milk, Modified Food Starch, Salt, Xanthan Gum, Citric Acid, Pepper. Microwave Instructions:1. Remove sandwich from plastic packaging and wrap in a paper towel. 2. Microwave on HIGH for 60 seconds. 3. Flip Waffle Slider over and heat for an additional 60-75 seconds. 4. Let stand in microwave for one minute or until cool to the touch. Keep frozen until ready to use. For crispier waffles, heat waffles separately in toaster.
