Ambrosia Colorado Farmland honey stems from a mix of floral sources, with purple alfalfa blossoms supplying much of the amber nectar that makes this sweet honey so full flavored and uniquely Coloradoan. Our beekeepers work with local crop farmers to their mutual benefit. The bees serve to pollinate crops, producing greater yield, as they collect their nectar. And, we carefully pack and deliver the honey just as the bees produced it - raw and unfiltered. Retaining the natural pollens results in a more nutritious honey which also may provide allergy relief with regular use. Raw honey will eventually crystallize naturally because there is not enough water in honey to keep its simple sugars suspended. So, crystals slowly form and the honey solidifies, To reliquify, just warm your honey slowly. Allow enough time to clarify and stir occasionally.
