preparation instructions - you will need... 3 to 6 cups water, 1/2 cup 2% milk, 4 tbsp butter. Stovetop instructions: 1. Boil 6 cups of water. Stir in pasta. Cook 7 to 10 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. 2. Drain. Do not rinse. Return to pan. 3. Add 4 tbsp butter, 1/2 cup 2% milk, and cheese sauce mix; Mix well. Microwave instructions: 1. Microwave 3 cups of water in covered 2-quart microwavable casserole dish on high 7 to 9 minutes or until boiling. 2. Add macaroni and 1 tsp salt, if desired. 3. Microwave on high, uncovered, 8 to 9 minutes or to desired tenderness, stirring after 4 minutes. Caution: dish will be hot. Drain. Do not rinse. Return to casserole dish. 4. Add 4 tbsp butter, 1/2 cup 2% milk, and cheese sauce mix. Mix thoroughly. 5. Refrigerate leftovers.
