Microwave: for 1/2 package (14 oz.) or approximately 3 cups. 1. place frozen vegetables in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. 2. add 2 tablespoons water and cover. 3. heat on high 4 to 5 minutes,* stirring halfway through cooking time. 4. let stand 1 minute before serving. About 5 servings. Stove top: for 1/2 package (14 oz.) or approximately 3 cups. 1. bring 1/4 cup water to boil in 3-quart saucepan. 2. place frozen vegetables in boiling water. Cover and boil 4 to 5 minutes.* 3. drain and serve. About 5 servings. *For food safety and best quality, cook to a temperature of 160 F. cooking times may vary depending on power of microwave and type of container used. To retain highest quality and texture, do not overcook.
