Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep frozen. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
Cooking Instructions: Keep frozen until ready to cook. Thawing is not recommended - cook from frozen. Outdoor Grill: For Medium: Preheat gas grill at 350 degrees or when charcoal turns white. Cook frozen patty 6 to 9 minutes on one side or until the juices come to the surface. Turn and cook 5 to 7 minutes or until 160 degrees internal temperature. In the Frying Pan: For Medium: Place frozen patty in preheated fry pan over medium-high heat and cook 6 minutes then turn and cook for 3 minutes or until 160 degrees internal temperature. Under the Broiler: For Medium: Cook frozen potty in pre-healed broiler for 9 minutes or until 160 degrees internal temperature.
