Ice Cream Ultra-filtered Skim Milk Powder, Natural Flavor, Guar Gum, Vegetable Mono & Diglycerides, Carob Bean Gum, Gum Arabic, Salt; Cake Mix Enriched Bleached Flour (wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid, Malted Barley Flour), Candy Bits (sugar, Corn Starch, Vegetable Oil (palm And Kernel), Soy Lecithin, Confectioners Glaze, Natural And Artificial Flavor), Sugar, Palm And Soybean Oil, Dextrose. Contains 2% Or Less Of: Baking Soda, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate, Aluminum Sulfate, Salt, Propylene Glycol Ester, Monoglycerides, Polysorbate 60, Soy Lecithin, Nonfat Milk, Food Starch-modified, Artificial Flavor, Ascorbic Acid.

What you'll Need: Hand mixer. Stand mixer. 9 inch cake pan (preferably springform or silicon). Ice Cream Layer: Cold milk + cold heavy whipping cream + 6 tbsp. sugar. Funfetti Cake Layer: 4.5 oz Water (about 2/3 cup of water). Instructions: Funfetti Cake Layer: Set oven to 350 degrees F. Line bottom of cake pan with parchment paper or coat with no-stick cooking spray. 2. Beat cake mix and water on low until ingredients are incorporated and then on medium until lumps are gone. Pour batter into pan, filling halfway; do not overfill. 3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 19-23 minutes when toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, cake is done. Cool cake completely before topping with ice cream mix. Store loosely covered. Ice Cream Layer: Combine chilled milk and cream in a stand mixer or large bowl, then add sugar along with the contents of ice cream mix packet and stir gently to combine. 2. Whisk with mixer until wavy and creamy; mix should almost double in volume within 3 to 5 minutes. 3. Pour ice cream mix over the cooled cake and place in freezer 4-6 hours or until frozen. Optional: Top it with frosting! Mix is totally moldable! Choose any silicon mold or pan (preferably one with a removable bottom). Mix it up! After whisking, you can add mix ins like sprinkles, chocolate chips, or chopped nuts to the ice cream mix. Make it in layers! Divide ice cream into bowls and add food coloring. Pour ice cream in colorful layers.
