Directions
Bake:
Preheat oven to 450 Degrees F.
Line baking sheet with aluminum foil and apply cooking spray to prevent sticking.
Remove frozen chicken from package.
Place chicken bites in a single layer on a non-stick baking sheet.
Place baking sheet on the center rack of oven.
Bake for 8 minutes.
Flip chicken over and bake for an additional 8 minutes.
Allow chicken to stand for 1-2 minutes. Microwave:
Remove frozen chicken bites from the package and put them on a microwave-safe plate. Leave space between the chicken pieces so that they cook evenly.
Cook on High for 3 minutes and 30 seconds.
Allow chicken to stand for 1-2 minutes.
Keep frozen.
