Est 1883. Carefully selected & hand trimmed. Slow smoked with real wood. Carefully selected cuts that are hand trimmed for premium quality. The slower we make it, the faster you eat it. What is there to think about? The bacon all other bacons aspire to be is in your hands. There's a reason we're America's favorite brand of bacon and it's not just because we've been crafting it for 90 years. We take our sweet, delicious time curing it for 12 hours and then sending it off to our natural hardwood smokehouse for hours. Just don't blame us if it only lasts 12 seconds.

Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
Cooking instructions: Stove: Cook bacon in unheated skillet on medium 8 to 10 min., turning frequently. Oven: Bake bacon at 400 degrees F in shallow pan 17 to 20 min. (No turning necessary). Microwave: Place 2 bacon slices (for two servings) between paper towels on microwaveable plate; cook on high 2 to 2-1/2 min. Caution: Plate may be hot. Appliances & desired crispness of bacon varies, cooking times are guidelines.
