Long-grains Brown Rice, Garlic, Salt, Red Pepper, Black Pepper, Turmeric, Onion, Artichoke Powder, And Natural Herbs And Spices.
Directions
Cooking: In a 2-quart saucepan bring 2 cups water to a boil; add 3 tablespoons butter or margarine. Stir in contents of box. Cover saucepan, reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until rice is tender and all water is absorbed. Makes about 3 cups of rice. For an added touch, stir in dried or chopped bits of marinated artichoke to the cooked rice. Or place in the refrigerator to cool and serve garnished with sliced hardboiled eggs, diced mushrooms, or chopped ripe olives.
