So I got to work, developing and testing recipes in my home kitchen, with my family as the ultimate judge. I knew I got it right the day I produced a buttery, flaky spinach feta pocket and got my son's response, Simply Awesome!. Directions
Keep frozen. Baking Direction for Kiki's Gluten Free Pub-Style Cheese Pizza - Frozen (do not refreeze if thawed). 1) Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (Please note that ovens vary greatly and these are only guidelines. Please test in your particular oven to determine optimum settings). Oven temperature may vary. 2) Remove frozen pizza from the package, discard plastic or any cardboard packaging. 3) For best results, place pizza directly onto the middle rack. Please note: Cooking pizza in a pan will result in a much softer crust. 4) Bake pizza approximately 16-20 minutes or cook until cheese is thoroughly melted and lightly browned. For food safety, product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 160 F before eating. 5) Please wait a couple of minutes before slicing. Enjoy! (Please take proper precautions if gluten cross-contamination is a concern when using a shared oven).
